An order placed online and order was wrong. I missed the majority of my food. You didn't answer the phone the first time. Once I got someone on the phone, they tried to tell me I had everything, even though I could call all the articles I missed. They told me they were closed so that we could not pick up the rest of our order 9:45, I informed them that it says online that they closed at 10 a.m. and they said they closed today at 9 a.m. Really, it's one thing to have bad customer service, but bravely lying to a paying customer is ridiculous. Will never order here again!!! Very disappointed!
The food was decent. I remember it tasting better a few years back. Sides are limited because delivery truck doesn 't deliver as often due to covid. Overall a good place to go for a quick fix of southern style sides. I had the quarter white signature style chicken with candies yams and mashed potatoes and gravy. I was filled just enough not to get sleepy. The price was right and the staff was very pleasant.
The female employees that we place a pickup order with the phone had such a bad attitude, very unpleasant and unprofessional did not seem to want to once arrived to the pickup window continuing the attitude of this employee they?t even respect the other employees was very short with them. Definitely disappointed with the service you want to avoid this location overall
The adverts look better than the food prepared. Manager Tara went beyond and beyond to make sure that my visit was not more pleasant. Thank you. Tara I'll never go to a Boston Market again.
