We picked bootshaus to celebrate my wife and myself 50th birthday party. In summary, the event was a full success and very well received by our guests. Food and overall service was great and certainly above of what we expected from an event with >60 people.The bootshaus team is very professional in hosting larger events. In the preparation for the party the folks at bootshaus presented us the various options regarding food, location, drinks, music, pretty much all aspects of a party that we haven't even thought about. They were open considering our wishes regarding placement of tables, the reception and of course the food and drinks served at the party. They pretty much prepare everything from Falafel with some arabic dip as appetizer to grilled beef or hake with some nice alga sauce. We felt very comfortable that everything was taken care of prior to the event itself.At the party, they surprised us with a reception they arranged outside of bootshaus. Since it was a nice and sunny day, our guests very much enjoyed having a drink and relax outside. The party itself went very well, the food was great, very well presented and fresh. We did choose a variety of options (see attached menu in german language) for appetizers and the main course. Everything was tasting really good. We had one guest with some strange allergy which the bootshaus cook took care of with some special dish just prepared for this person. The service personell was very friendly, professional and attentive. After dinner the guests were pretty much spread all over the place, outside where the reception was, inside in the dining room and at the balcony. The service team made sure that everybody was served with drinks or whatever the wish of our guests was.The party went till around 3am in the morning with the team doing an outstanding job serving the party and making sure everybody is happy. The feedback we got from our guests regarding the food and the event in general is only positive, we had all a great time and enjoyed the party.The bootshaus is probably not the cheapest place in town BUT the value you get is definitely worth the price. The location itself is quite stylish and modern but not over-hyped. The bar is really nice, everything is clean which adds to what makes a great atmosphere. We're definitely considering bootshaus for our next party.
Lange hatten die Jugendlichen nach einer geeigneten Location gesucht. Es war ein wunderschönes Fest. Der Festsaal schön gedeckt, das Personal sehr aufmerksam und nett. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Warum nur zwei Sterne? Das Menü kostete 30 Euro. Dafür kann man sehr viel mehr veelangen als Putengeschnetzeltes mit Reis und di ersen Salaten. Es gab noch Nudel in Tomatensuce und Gemüse drin. Fertig. Kartoffelsalat ? Nachtisch...günstige Melonen und irgendwas Weisses. Bei den Getränkepreisen ein armseliges Essen. Unpassend. Noch schöner, dass man nicht mal erfuhr, was serviert werden wird. Miete, Mikrophone, Beamer über 1000 Euro. Sektempfang.....lassen wir das, teuer und am Tisch serviert. Der Raum und die nette Bedienungen haben fünf Ster e verdient. Die Geschäftsführung Null Punkte. Das war zwar schön serviert, mehr aber auch nicht....für Durchreisense im Touribus gerade richtig. Schade
Visited with a group on a lovely evening. The terrace is a great place to eat in summer. The service itself is very friendly. However, they seem to struggle when it is very busy and it can take along time for food to come out.The food itself is a little hit and miss. We had the starter sampler and that was good. In our group, many were very happy with their food. However, two of our group had ordered steaks and neither of them came out cooked as requested. Worst was the steak that should have been medium rare and came out closer to well done. Not what you expect when paying good money for steak.I would go back again as it is a good place but would encourage people to avoid the steak.
herrlicher Blick; gutes Essen - auf der Terrasse bestimmt ein Genußinnen leider schlechte Schallabdichtung zum "Ballsaal"; von dort so laute Musik bei einer Feier, dass Gespräche nur schwer möglich waren.Essen sehr gut; aber auch gehobene Preise (kein Wunder bei der tollen Lage)
