Freshness of food is very important here and that relates to the time of your visit. Everything is good if it is fresh, whan it has been sitting around you basically are throwing away your money. They are usually out of several menu items so be prepare with a plan B, especially the desert items. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
Arrived at 10:15 only for them not to answer. I can see at least 2 employees in the restaurant. They have the lights turned off and are ignoring the customers. Hours state they do not close until 11. Why are they closing almost an hour early? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
No tea, no Sierra Mist due to machines down. Ordered lemonade, got water. Chicken was not cooked. People are friendly because their service is terrible. I understand not having enough help, but keep your food, drinks and equipment working.
This location is always out of chicken. You're not Bojangles without chicken. Get another owner who understands the importance of supply and demand. Unacceptable. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
