Bojangles - Table reservation

#1 customer service is trash. The DGAF attitude is obvious. I don't need buttery sweetness and ear to ear smiles. I just need mediocre professionalism.#2 One day the chicken is deliciously spicey but the dirty rice tastes like oatmeal. The next time the rice tastes better than home cooking but the chicken tastes like it's made of cheap rubber. My expectations are so low, I can't continue to give y'all my money.I'm sure the one affects the other.

dreadful service I come back to the office with eating and my whole food business was not there. had co-worker rides back 10 minutes to miss the dinge and still not get what we originally went up to get. the manager told the co-worker, back to the line and re-order. the drive through the window man was in a hurry and in the ground hand the bag was quick to use and not even make sure we get everything

Figured I'd go inside since the drive-thru was busy. It took about 5 hours to get a meal with 2 people ahead of me (one already being served). Looked like they had food ready but were still slow. What goes on behind the scenes of fast food chicken restaurants??

average chicken spot here cookies were pretty good cajun huh was ok pommes were average huh was good, but nothing special sweet tee would not taste legendary would not go out of my way to have it, but if I was close and nothing else to do it would do the job

they made me pay 36 for an extra sauce, but my biscuit is still raw. I don't want to! I couldn't even eat after I bite in this! smh?
