In addition to art on the wall Keith Harring, Picasso and others, food is as pleasant as the atmosphere. I was recommended to go and went twice. I ordered her fennel and Parmesan salad starter twice and I think it will be a regular product when I go. Your wine selection is good and the food never disappoints. There is something neighboring in the place where you feel very comfortable, like a local joint. It should be a bodega, but the dishes are Italian or maybe I don't know Spanish gastronomy that much, but don't expect tapas or iberico ham... A good service. What else do you need?

the bodega ranks in basel with its central location at barfi among the most popular locals. table reservation is recommended. the dishes are classical Italian and freshly prepared. in the case of large demand, they must expect waiting times. the noise level is correspondingly high. for a quiet tête à tête not necessarily to be emphatic.

One of my favorite places to eat and meet people in Basel, good food and a great place to come back again and again. I like the dining room on the upper floor for cozy dinner or the ground floor master room for a little more packed fun. Great place!

eating was amazing. we ordered tagliatelle with truffles and cordon bleu with frits. the pasta was fresh and the truffles composed the pasta really good. the frits are thin and crispy and the cordon bleu is very tasty.
