This location is just a few miles from my house, so on a Friday night (after eating from most of three weeks for birthday parties and not really want to cook), my husband chose Bob Evans. We sat fast, but it took very long (extremely long, considering that this place was not busy at all) to be recognized by our server. She took our drinks orders and scrubbed off. It took about 15 minutes to get drinks, and the order was wrong, so off that it was back pumping. After we were in the restaurant for about 35 minutes, drinks were right and our server finally took our order. In total, we sat over an hour before our meal. One thing I noticed was that our server ignored some tables and spent at other tables she spent an extraordinary long time just chit chatting. She never checks us after she brought our food and our drinks were never refilled. But our food was delicious. I would definitely eat again in this restaurant, but if this server was there, I would definitely ask for someone else!
I thought I'd take advantage of Thanksgiving-Chorbside training... living alone... working 12 hours. My meal was not ready at the time I had requested (I placed my order in the morning! rolls directly from the refrigerator, no butter. AND I waited 10 minutes in THE RESTAURANT for my Curbside order. SUPER SORRY i included a 20% tip for a TERRIBLE experience. Disappointed in all experience. Cracker Barrel looks better and better!!
Good service, food was okay. Visited during a busy time. Eggs were cold and not cooked to order. Sausage very flavorful. Bacon thin. Pancake and brioche french toast were the best items. Ranked in order of preference: Cracker Barrel, IHOP, Waffle House, Bob Evans.
The Thanksgiving Festival, directions for heating was convenient, but 10 minutes in the microwave for? Dressing and the bread just to warm them up?!? Are you kidding? Half of my meal was made available for heating. Better.
