Bob Evans - Table reservation

I am not sure what we had in our dinner but it was supposed to be country fried steak and gravy but the steak was just terrible It was some kind of a patty that had just been thrown into the deep fryer. We got gift cards for Christmas and was excited to have a day off from cooking but this was a super big disappointment. I wouldn't even give it a 1 star if I didn't have to. We ordered the family meal and spent quite a bit of money and should have gotten better food than this. I wonder if the burgers or chicken is any better. Don't think we will ever find out!!!

Went to order and the server kept saying it will take 1hour and 45 minutes and i tried to tell her it was ok and she said it would be 1 hour and 45 minutes .and the manger got rude with another customer. I will never go there again.

I've always had good experiences at this restaurant. Picked up a to go order and had no wait and no problems.
