There was a weird man sitting outside by the front door, eating and trying to pat down people. It was unclear if he was an employee. I had to pay a $10 cover charge to see creepy men getting back massages at the bar. It's odd to charge a cover when there are only 6 people there on a Friday night. Overall, it was a very strange experience at this restaurant.
