A place full of light ,thank God!The windows were without curtains and also if the view is not exciting at least we were not in the usual 'trendy' darkness of all Regina restaurants and cafes. The decoration maybe needs some more work...especially on the 'art'....(if the level is not of all masterpieces is better then to fill every wall and every corner)...The food: the soup of the day was with peppers ,creamy and tasty, the cheese biscuit needed some more salt but was ok. The chili was simply not a chili but a tomatoes soup, with a lot of different beans and chickpeas ( one of those bean medley can?) and the Saskatchewan organic, grass fed beef was probably mostly still in the field, not in the bowl . A pity because the taste was very good...but had to be for sure less watery. The Burger (pig and beef) was tasty, but here too the caramelised apples were too much watery, so that the bun was just a wet sponge. The mashed potatoes were good and well done. The egg -salad sandwich was more a egg -salad bun,and maybe some 'invention' could do it more 'personal'.The place is very clean ,but a little more attention for the empty drinks could be appreciated .

I visited this cafe based on a family member's recommendation, and I'm so grateful we did. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and excellent cafe mocha coffee. The atmosphere was cozy and we didn't feel rushed, allowing us to relax, chat, and catch up with family. It was a lovely way to start the day. If I lived nearby, I would definitely be a regular visitor to this cafe.

I don't live in Pilot Butte but I've been to the Blue Rooster Cafe twice for their activities. First for a musician who was playing one night and second for a bracelet making event. Each time the vibe was enjoyable, food was delicious, and coffee was perfectly made. I'll be back and would recommend joining the fun if you can.
