The kitchen doesn't get it every time. Tatars are terrible. The bleu border is divine. I recommend choosing typical Swiss dishes. They know how to handle them. The service is very attentive. You can with animals. Nice, cozy, pleasant. She was not in the rooms. Pleasant and quite decent spa with a stream inside, open air. For 33 francs, it is more than decent for Switzerland.
the hotel itself was a factory to hide in the days, very interesting design. the rooms are very rustic. the dinner was delicious, but the drinking is very small. the breakfast was also good!
very friendly staff. the atmosphere is relaxed in the old factory building. we had a lunch menu, cheap. the meat bird was well prepared. we will definitely go back to try something else.
Unfortunately we had to wait a bit long for the food. But the food was super delicious. A visit is worth it.
