I went to lunch Saturday 10/1/22. My table was dirty with flies that refine on the old ketchup on the pepper shaker. I brought it to my servers and she didn't have any answer. Next, I asked for a salt shaker and she went to reach the table to pick him up from the ground and put him on my table. I asked the hostess about another and she brought back the same shaker because it had the same stick on the side. I should have stayed at this point, but I thought I'd wait for my food. The Clam Chowder was moderate, had no taste I had to add tons of salt. The fish fry was OK, very watery and not much taste. The Coleslaw was awfully dry and no taste. The twice baked potato was far from twice baked, potatoes with uncooked bacon bits were put back into the potato skin, no twice baked here. I could see how it was packed by hand, which was extremely bad. I suggest that you take care of your restaurant and train your staff to be more aware of the New York State Health guidelines, I have owned restaurants for 25 years and would close you today. I understand that you cannot control your employees and what they do, but you can certainly try to train them to have a great attitude and be aware of the New York State Health guidelines. I wish you the best not to try to be one of the critical customers, but that was ridiculous and a terrible experience. I have no plans to report these sanitary issues to Albany, but I hope you take this seriously and improve your standards. Your server must find another job. Thank you.
