I've been to this location times in the past months. I took someone from out of town and was gushing over how awesome their food and service are. This is the first visit where the service fell below exceptional. While she was VERY kind, we had to remind her several times of simple requests and were often without the requested item. We weren't extraordinary in our requests another bottle of wine for our table, a wine chiller, water..... and someone else had to bring those items. The food was outstanding and cooked perfectly. You HAVE to make a reservation right now due to Covid, but that hasn't been an issue for us to do on OpenTable

We had the Fireside Feast and were bummed about the Loaded Potato and the Wedge Salad were moved to premium sides. We’ve had this dinner so many times on our “date” night. The price wines were great and love the addition of them everyday now! Great service and attention by all staff

It is kind of dark here. When I received my steak I could not tell if it was dine to my preference until I was eating it. I DO NOT like **** meat and that is what I got. Service was slightly slow, but our waitress was very friendly

No one in the lobby. We had reservations but the hostess made us wait outside in the rain cold until the table was clear. Aggressive Covid protocols. Worst I’ve seen
