oblem and have my mom get her $5 back for one item, but we ended up waiting 15 minutes because after the person in front of us left they took the person on the side first which who came after us and we were clearly there first. The person in front of us just wanted a lottery ticket but took forever!! Me and my mom were sitting there and we were clearly very upset because it was a small issue that could have been fixed in a split but it took forever and none of the employees seemed to care. After waiting about 15 minutes we finally fixed the issue, which btw only took 2 minutes. Also the security was scanning all of our things again when we were leaving and me and my mom were confused because the people in front of us didn't have to do that. FINALLY, some of their prices were good, but so many things were expensive so we didn't end up getting because Costco is so much better with their prices and you get get way better deals. I definitely recommend going to Costco instead because Costco has so much better deals than BJ's and their customer service is 100x better than BJ's. Here's a tip... go to Costco instead. Trust me your better off. And the place is very sketch.
Nesconset bj 's. Was stopped at the exit by Corrato. Error was made at register. Rather than honoring the error, was told to go back and pay which was ok with me. However after standing on line at customer service waiting to pay for item, I noticed on numerous occasions that corrato the security at exit was letting all the white people go with their groceries without inspecting their cart like he did mine. After I paid , I decided to go and let corrato inspect cart again and then I left. This review is being left due to negligence on bj 's end by not training Their staff on not targeting ethnic minority groups at checkout and exit. Everyone should be treated and respected equally. Corrato needs more sensitivity training. Nesconset bj 's 10/3/21. 1:30pm.
Don 't shop at the East Setauket store. They let in entire families without masks. These assholes are walking around like their **** doesn 't stink. BJs doesn 't care about Covid protocols, send in the Health Department asap. You can 't complain else be labeled a Karen so I kept my mouth shut.
We have been shopping this location for years since moving here.This particular location is run much better than several I have shopped on Long Island.The staff is great, they have been amazing throughout the pandemic and they always go above and beyond if a customer has a need !
