Bittermann - Vinarium Göttlesbrunn - 1. Carnuntum Grillschule

It came recommended by one of the local top wine producers. Was a great meal. 3 dips with a good bread selection. A good amuse-bouche.We tried 3 different starters, avocado tartare, beef carpaccio and duck parcels, all very good. Mains of a seasonal two style pork fish and a zander fish dish. Finally we managed a chocolate tart. Every dish was very well cooked, seasoned and delicious. The Netzl Edels Tal and the lang Eiswein rounded off a wonderful meal. Several rooms all interesting. We had been tasting elsewhere but one needs to mention the large excellent vinothek on the first floor

Very good food and wine - it´s just the question who is driving the car and who can drink? Beef tartare is mixed and served right in front of you and all the food we ordered was close to spectacular at a very decent price. This is a pearl in the middle of nowhere in Lower Austria!

Drove from Vienna to Salzburg and stopped at Bittermann Vinarium. Perfect choice, wonderful setting, great Vinothek. Loved the variety offered and price range. Wonderful regional wines from different vineyards in the region.

We had an very enjoyable dinner with interesting and creative delicacies coupled with excellent wines and very good and attentive service. The wine boutique on the first floor is indeed worth a visit
