for a first visit this Sunday has the occasion of the festivities of the fathers we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dishes served but a pity that there are no menus proprosed on Sunday, just the map but with a very correct choice. Excellent dishes well presented and a copy of the damage that the service was a bit long; Another flat also the wine served to the glass is clever but it must be served in front of the customer who can verify what they are for him (...) what was not the case; I hope that those responsible will read my opinion and be able to correct this for future customers;-)

This is called the fontcaude bistro. I who's a Lyon ke can tell you a lot about it. a bistro is a place where you taste very good dishes without chichis. This is what we found with my wife and we were not disappointed. The welcome is friendly to wish, the dishes are all succulent, their boards are just remarkable, and for the wines, let you guide, they have very nice surprises to make you taste!!! for us, it is a faultless and I recommend it without any hesitation. ...

during a pro trip we stayed at the hotel, which is irreproachable. the very evening we ate at bistro by ease, first disappointment there is no menu, everything is on the map and rather expensive once we have tasted, quality is not at the rendezvous, and especially not at the price! It is not bad but really very basic, the flavors are no exception. The service, on the other hand, was very good, quick and aggressive.

I do not understand some previous comments on the quality of the dishes and service. refined cuisine and very pleasant service. Only small bemol the price, no menu on Saturday night.Compt 100 € for a couple. However, I recommend for the quality of the dishes.
