I had a great night at the kapzak, first the chosen cocktail was so good, it started the meal well, then I knew more what to take on the menu, I would have taken it all! the service was very courteous attentive and professional, really a fantastic discovery this bistrot! We're going back for sure!
I had the happiness of discovering this bistro-restaurant with friends of sherbrooke. They knew the philosophy of this banner and they warmly recommended it to me. My friends were totally right. It was a beautiful discovery, finely prepared dishes with well-crafted tastes.
If you liked well eaten, it is a must. owned by a young couple whose husband is Polish and who makes very well the kitchen of her country, as to her wife she is at service and is very kind.
