Birrieria Carlos

Don't overlook this hidden gem. Was turned on to slow-cooked Birrieria Tacos with Consome on corn tortilla with cilantro and diced onions during Covid. Updateed with more pics I have tried a lot differnt style tacos from Tex-mex, street tacos,fast food tacos all over the US. I think Birrieria are among my favorites. The Keto Tacos with Birrieria cooked brisket,Cilantro and onions are even more amazing but the chesse wrapper makes them a little more rich (but they are truly Keto, whichis not great calories-wise if your not eating Keto. They recently upgraded thier food truck looks nice and new.

I am a bit of a glutton. I like to feel full. And so when I wanted to get some Mexican food I decided to stop here for the first time for lunch. A little bit difficult to find Tucktaway behind a cascade cigar and tobacco Company, the festive trailer hassome nice employees working there.I just finished my burrito and I am satisfied. I really like cheese and they didn?t skimp onthe cheese on my burrito. It was meaty it was tasty it was fresh and I will certainly come back there again.

Delicious. So satisfying. The meat is quality, the service was fast and friendly, the cart it self at least on the outside is well kept. Each quesabirria is $3.50. 3-4 is a good amount to order. The meat is not seasoned enough to eat without dipping intothe consome (a hot broth with onion) which is how it is intended to be eat. Will definitely be back.

I cannot believe how good this place is. I absolutely crave the flavors. The Birria soup WOW. The tacos are amazing but my favorite is definitely the birrieria broth or the ramen. Sooo flavorful! The drink here are very fun and delicious as well. Comehere at least monthly and have even catered.
