“Love guests all our food and drinks come to 100 from controlled organic farming. from salad to chicken fillet, from limonade to wein, from wodka to pfeffer – all from controlled biological production. the creative move with spicing has arranged in our kitchen in front of the much too much spent salt – as well as the use of regional and seasonal products.” with the introduction on the homepage I was convinced to offer my birthday guests something special. that is far too rare that you can also offer the bio concept in gastronomy. with five people we had a good time this afternoon. the foods were mostly vegetarian, only my focal spot was covered with spectra. friendly owner and service made the visit an experience.

have celebrated my birthday in the silk spur on the weekend. the food was extremely delicious and was praised by all guests. eating was so good that we didn't eat long! the tables were very lovingly decorated and covered. the service has worked perfectly and no wish remained open. the agreement for the menu and the celebration has worked very easy. we felt very comfortable and will eat more often there.
