This evaluation applies to the new site at the lake: We arrived shortly after 5th party of 3, 2 adults and 1 toddler. Our server came after 10 minutes to ask for our beverage order. We hadn't given any menus yet. She said she was back with menus. 10 minutes later she came back to get our food orders, no menus yet. Someone else came with menus and our drinks. At 5:30 we were able to place our order. She said the kitchen was closed and would open again in 10 minutes, but it would be about 30 minutes until we get our food. I appreciate the heads up. At 6:15 a.m. she showed up (not even in the last 45 minutes to check us out or ask if we want another drink. She says they haven't reopened the kitchen yet and our order has not even been placed. At this point we get Hangry, we have a 2 years old who loses patience and we need to pick someone at the airport in 45 minutes so we cancel our order and are ready to go. The apology we get is still working out the bends. I'll take your check for the drinks.? So we had to wait 15 minutes to get a check for the 1 beer my husband drank. The least they could do was to compose our drink. (Btw, every table around us had food. Even people who came after us were given menus immediately. So long story short we waited and half an hour and got no food. With a toddler. Maybe the other place had their act together. Maybe the food is good. I don't know. But I would wait to the seaside place until their kitchen numbers time and their waiters learn better customer service.
