We booked our celebration at biggi because we always liked it. It's self-service, but we don't care. We booked a grill for 30 people. Unfortunately, many have canceled and there were only 17 people to celebrate. As a result, Biggi pointed to the high personnel costs and turnover too low. We have concluded a compromise that we may come from 17-22. At the time we came to the celebration, but the table was still dirty by predecessors. I was kindly told that I should consider the circumstances and wait. She took the guests and covered the table with 2 colleagues. So good, we wanted to celebrate and not stress. 17:15 then on our board. Then with one note our order is delivered and 17:45 finally arrived. Eating also delayed, but was the best of the evening. Any further order with a note was handed over every time it had to be cleaned. 21:15 the friendly service told us that after biggi cried, it should be done NOW because we generate too little sales. In the agreement that it was agreed at 10:00, the service told me electricity for light too expensive and the personnel costs only. Would more sales have been made if you looked at the table more often? Then I went back 21:30 after the conversation. But it was useless because I couldn't imagine the stress (hahahahahahaha...selbsservice) and I should do the work a week. Then she missed the job, or is it the management? We're not going there anymore.
