Love the food at this restaurant. It offers a wonderful variety of good old comfort food to more modern cuisine like Ahi and Poke. The service on the other hand is HORRIBLE! The hostess was super and sat us immediately. Then the wait began, which is the norm rather than the exception for this place.....for our drinks, an hour, and the dry martini my friend ordered was undrinkable because it contained Vermouth. The waitress took it back and the bartender said it didn’t have any Vermouth in it so she brought the same one back! Wait a minute, if the customer says it tastes like it has vermouth in it, MAKE A NEW DRINK, DONT BRING IT BACK! Then the appetizer, another minutes, then the dinner, another minutes. The waitress was young with minimal CS skill so she was pretty hopeless! I love their “legs” appetizer and their Bangers and Mash is just yummy! Yes we’ll go back because of those two dishes and others, but PLEASE, IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE
I love this place! The patio seating is very nice and you get to watch the golfers while you eat in addition to a lovely view of the course. The staff is super pleasant and always courteous and accommodating. I travel to the area for work 12 weeks every year. Because I’m there for long periods of time my dogs travel with me. When they say they are dog friendly, it’s an understatement. They really love dogs. This is my go-to place when dining mid-day because the dogs are so welcomed. The food and drinks are outstanding with lots of options and choices too.
Service and food were very good. However, the noise level was really loud and with all the competing TV programs, music and patrons trying to converse over this, it was not a very relaxing dining experience. Thought once the live entertainment started, it might be better with just once source of sound coming from their stage
We were here for lunch. All three of us girls ordered the fish and chips, it was killer. Here is a picture of the fish n chips and our golf course view. For dessert we had banana care bread pudding. It was dying. Our server was excellent. Very recommended.
