I do not normally write reviews especially bad ones, but this place was the worst. The server couldn't remember our order, even after she wrote it down. Brought out raspberry iced tea after I corrected her twice and she still brought it out wrong. The broccoli soup tasted salty and rancid and when we told the server she got defensive even after we said we just wanted her to be aware and did not ask to substitute. Chicken parm, spaghetti was cold, chicken was luke warm around the outside and cold in the middle, also tasted like freezer burned. Onion rings tasted freezer burned and cold and dry. Mac and cheese was cold and did not match the description. Fish n chips were okay, not great but ok. Shakes were good. Worst Big Boy experience ever and we will not be back. When asked by the cashier, I told her and she took 10% off but had a little attitude as well. I did not need a discount, I needed good service and properly cooked food. I pay a lot less at any local place and get seriously much better food and service. Ps. The place was not very busy and seemed well staffed. 3 of my family had 2 bites of that rancid soup and are now hoping we don't get food poisoning.
Waitress lied about the price of the buffet. Told us it was $12 per person but it ended up being $17 per person. The only reason we got the buffet was because she said it was $12 otherwose we would have ordered off the menu. Maybe they should train their waitresses to know the prices of stuff and the manager should be more understanding when we brought this situation up. Will NOT be returning here. Had empty water cups for more than half the meal and had to track down a different waitress to ask for more water because ours was nowhere to be found. She never cleared the dirty dishes from our table so we had to stack them on a table near us so we could actually eat our meal. Do NOT recommend coming here!!
The food and service was good it was a little cold in there. Every time I go in I get the soup and salad bar and a meal. However, I noticed while I'm in there it's always a little cold. The staff seems to be friendly, and we'll go out of their way to make your experience all right. I went to big boys are going to couple days ago got the soup and salad bar in the classic big boy in French fries everything was pretty decent but my French fries were over cooked and hard I was a little disappointed about my fries.
The buffet was ice cold. Service was slow, with only a few customers dining inside. “Manager” discounted me for my troubles. Ha! I didn’t even eat the food he charged me for. We will never return.
