Switzerland has the highest concentration of breweries in the world. The beer hall in Brunnen is one of the small, fine beer manufacturers that convince with heart and quality. In addition to the house beer Primus, there is a regularly changing seasonal beer (currently a dark one). The hosts also serve warm pretzels or white sausages. The ambience is rather cool-industrial, but still beer-cozy with some rustic furniture and bar elements.
Tip top location in Brunnen. The beer, home-brewed and unfiltered, simply cannot be topped. Calm atmosphere, some industrial design, no smoke. Also has good small bar dishes to match the indulgence.
I like the Primus the first beer very much. It's also good for the village that this restaurant is open again! I'm looking forward to the other beers! Bottom up!
