Horrible customer service. There was an issue with my order and whoever I spoke to on the phone was impolite when I was trying to explain the issue and didn’t do anything to help. There 's nothing we can do, okay bye , is what I was told.Edit: The passive-aggressive tone in the Owner 's reply proves my exact point about the lack of polite customer service. No apology, just a condescending undertone.2nd Edit: The incident in the owner 's reply is unrelated to me. My order didn 't consist of anything that was just named in their response. I have no idea what they 're talking about. Nonetheless, whoever it is that 's continuously responding to my review is even further validating my point about the lack of customer service skills. There 's a better way to address customers. Please think twice about visiting this establishment if you value friendly customer service.

The chicken had no flavor. The pad Thai which is usually my favorite was very definitely not it. I’m not Asian or Thai and I could have done a better job. The red curry is good and the spring rolls. Kid-friendliness: I rather not say before I get upset again

Food was virtually flavorless, not Thai profiles. It just wasn’t good. I can’t explain it much. But the food isn’t good and I won’t return…
