Betsey Trotwood

One of my faves. Almost don't want to rave too loudly about it cause I might not be able to get in otherwise if it gets too busy. Amazing food... genuinely tastes like it's been made with love. Great options too. Lovely atmosphere. Warm intimate venue with lots of interesting things to look at. Amazing staff...always so friendly. You won't want to leave. You literally have to drag yourself away if you are there for lunch on a working day. My tip would be to make it a long lunch! Or just don't leave.

real local atmosphere in the betsey. large homemade food and a good selection of ales and spirituosen. if they are in the area of farringdon, then check them out so pub. also a live event spot with regular occurrences of local and well-known artists. look at the pub to see what's going on, they won't be disappointed.

Really lovely cosy wood panelled pub thoughtfully decorated with lots of plants and retaining its history. Great and friendly bar staff who will go out of their way to make the drink you fancy. Space upstairs hosts comedy nights and the occasional band downstairs. Definitely a place to visit if you're in Farringdon.
