I plan to eat funeral services in Bens on Monday with my family. My son has heavy food allergies. When I requested allergen information, I talked to Ian the assistant. He was so helpful. He called the bread maker personally to see what was safe for my child and came back to me with the information. He didn't rush me, he talked to me until all my questions were answered and I felt easy to eat there with my allergic son. He said if I felt better, he would make my sons eat personally. As a food allergy mother, it is not often me with people in the restaurant industry that are so helpful and understanding. Ian is great, I wish more people were in the industry like him. I look forward to eating in Bens and will update with our experience. If the food is like the service, I know it?

Well, how should I start, I was a lot at Bens, but this time I was there a weekend and to my surprise it was a bad idea. I also love a pastrami on rye and the frits and onion rings that go with it makes my day, and a black cherry soda does not hurt either. For the first time I have to go to dinner on Sunday and I made the mistake of going to Ben. So I got my pastrami sandwich and guess what NO FRIES OR ONION RINGS was the problem that I asked the answer on weekends, it's just the sandwich in the week it's a lunch special, both the same price seems to me like a break on weekend for me. I hope they will change this policy soon and then I will be back, but now I'm out there.

My family and I went there Sunday evening for dinner and everything was excellent. I had a Turkey Sandwich, which was very good. My mother had chicken soup but, not chicken Noodle, it was a thick soup which tasted very good. My niece had a chicken wrap sandwich, my brother and nephew had an open face turkey dinner with mashed potatoes and gravy, which they loved and my sister in law also had a turkey sandwich. We were very happy with the service. Service was great, the place was very clean. I give them 5 Stars All Around.

I think Ben lost his seasons. Grandma? Soup with Matzoh ball is missing taste. Potato Pancake was hard, tasteless and greasy. 2 stars because it's better than I can come home. But then we don't have Kosher Deli in Southwest FL.
