After a hot day, it is good to find a cool breeze at La Belotte on the lakeside. A lovely setting, a great view and nice service. We were rather unanimous: we all four had gazpacho with a ball of melon sorbet at the centre,...and then three of us had delicious tagliata (juicy red meat), one had filet de perche from elsewhere . Desserts were simple and straight forward. .. with some apéros, and two bottles of white wine from the region, that set us back CHF100 a person. Fantastic view included!
