my initial experience to enter the restaurant was a very cold recipe by the manai (she had a red t-shirt on so assumed that she management). the service of the personal was excellent (geeen T-Shirts). as mentioned, I decided to go to the restaurant with my 2 children 2 hours earlier than planned (5 pm instead of 7 pm). she didn't make any eye contact and continued to watch her laptop. she asked if I had reserved places, I did not say for this time (restaurant was empty). I've never been to a restaurant and had such a cold gruß, she took us to a table and without eye contact, no talk exchange. I just wanted to go, but the kids were so hungry after a day out I'm legoland. I then asked if we could sit, I am the standing area (all of them except one was empty). she said they were reserved. it was her attitude and her tone of reaction that really shocked me. I then asked myself again and said sure they can't be reserved all of them? with the rolling of her eyes and grinning she brought us to the stand! Actually, I was in shock, but I will know that I did not visit there again. she has to deal with customers. the person who served us was amazing.
we were pleasantly surprised by our visit. the set menu offers excellent value for money and a good choice. that was great. the service was exceptional, our waiter was fantastic, he was friendly, helpful and very fast to bring food and drinks. the restaurant was well ventilated and had a nice atmosphere many families and groups of buyers eat out.
with my 7yr old as a little tasty. he really enjoyed himself. there were only skeletal staff, but they were still attentive and polite. only on the back when it came to pay the bill, they seemed to have forgotten us and it took a while to get someone the attention to pay for eating. otherwise it was a nice late lunch and dinner.
The food was amazing, service fantastic, our waitress Chloe was beautiful. My only criticism was that there was a lot of flies in the restaurant, they seemed to be fruit flies. Other than that, a lovely evening ????????
