we were years of customer at bella. the food was always good and the delivery times were also in order. in the last time you have noticed that the quality has been more and more neglected, sometimes something wrong has been delivered or forgotten an entire position. Today we ordered at 18 o'clock there and after two hours there was still no food. We called to ask when it comes and we were asked when we had ordered. we'll be around 18 o'clock. We were then told that they called us, but they had not reached us. The only thing about the story is that nobody called us. I looked at once in the router for safety as to whether a call from bella has been received, because we may not have come along, but nothing has been registered. after that we called again and the chef only meant nice good day and set up. ordering there is no longer in question for us.
Essen bestellt. Nach 60min telefonisch nachgefragt, es wäre jemand unterwegs. Nach 30min immer noch niemand gekommen. Nochmals angerufen. Sich nicht mal entschuldigt und gesagt, dann solle man nicht nochmal bestellen. Danke für den Hinweis; es gibt auch andere gute Restaurants!
