My family and I were visiting the Hampton for the weekend and decided to try out Bel Mar since the food looked amazing and the reviews were good. We had called to place an order for delivery and the lady on the phone was extremely rude. Once we received our food we realized we were missing 2 orders so I decided to call back and the same lady was giving me a hard time saying that 2 orders were delivered then she realized the orders were still at the restaurant and offered to have them sent out. At this point I just wanted a refund so I had asked her to give me a refund and what her name was. She said she would give me a refund and hung up without stating her name. I had called back asking why did she hang up on me and she apologized. She finally stated her name was Madison and I had asked for a receipt in the event of not receiving my refund. Madison was extremely unprofessional and I would not want to recommend anyone visiting the Hampton to go to this establishment if the customer service is always this rude.
