Honestly the WORST customer experience I had in my whole life. I ordered food for the delivery. I live less than 3 minutes away. The person who answered the phone was rather rude. Immediately after taking my order, he felt sorry for me and gave me no chance to pay. When the driver arrived an hour later, I let him know what happened. The driver then told me to call the restaurant and pay the phone and then got into his car and left. 5 minutes after payment I received a call from the driver's personal phone number and was rated and SCREAMED because I didn't have a big enough tip when in reality the man I spoke to on the phone messed up. I feel totally disrespected and feel like my privacy is hurt. The driver was threatening and has my personal phone number and address. On this terrible experience, the food medium best. I'll never order from there again!
Fantastic Chinese cuisine!!! When someone who enjoyed Chinese food all my life, I can confirm that their food is delicious. No complaints. Visit the family here in Darien of Tampa Bay and this happens to their go-to restaurant for Chinese takeout that they enjoy very much. I had chicken and broccoli, pork roasted rice, pork lo my, pork ribs and Friedton wons. I enjoyed everything! No complaints here. Fresh, with minimal fat with excellent taste! I highly recommend it!
I hate to see all the horrible reviews because they're not even true. I asked many times for pickup and they are very nice and well spoken. The food looks great and tastes great. If they give me a time frame for my food, they're always on time. Please do not trust the negative reviews and try this place for yourself and you will see how good it is! I only started ordering from here last month, but I wish I came here earlier!!!!
Worst Chinese around. Young man who takes orders is incredibly rude. Knows nothing about customer service. Even hangs up on customers if he doesn?t agree with them. Food is not good either. Fried dough of mine had a roach in his rice the last one he ordered. Disgusting! Please avoid at all costs.
