Yum! It’s hard to find a good BBQ spot in the northwest and this location hits it. We ordered the combination dinner with ribs, pulled pork, brisket, coleslaw, and fries. They happened to be out of chicken at the time. We also ordered the sandwich with no name with fries and the cornbread muffin. Get the cornbread muffin, I promise it’s worth it! Everything was yummy and they have lots of sauces to choose from inside. It’s a lot of food and who doesn’t love leftover bbq!

Here’s the local favorite bbq place. It’s not unusual to see a waiting line to place an order. They are very efficient and fast to serve. Everything on the menu is very good. Although the sliced brisket we had last time was a bit dry. When I tried to tell them, no one seemed wanting to listen. : Their salad is impressive, although not cheap.

So due to a change of my work location, I was able to try this BBQ place nearby, and WOWZERS!! I'll start with the service.

I'm from southern Illinois - just two hours from StLouis and Memphis and close enough to Kansas - so I'm picky about my BBQ.
