Everything was delicious. I just wish there was a option to change the base on the DoorDash website. I know theres a option in store or online on the website but not for DoorDash. Which sucks because now I wont be able to order here from DoorDash. Only go in person which is much harder because I work alot and have breaks but wont be able to reach the store in time in person. But other than that the order was great.
The bowl was delicious and they omitted coconut flakes and added chia seeds and caco nibs as asked. I was a little disappointed in the ratio of açaí smoothie to toppings. I frequently get this bowl at the Richmond Ave. location and they give much more açaí than this location. I felt like I was eating mostly toppings instead of açaí. Since this was my first time ordering from here I will give them another try.
Great customer service! My driver accidentally only delivered partial of my order and not only did I get refunded within 20min but the staff at the store deeply apologized and took care of me the following day. Out of all the açaí bowls I've tried on Staten Island this place is by far the best! The only one I order from now.
We love Baya Bar. my orders always came well packaged. Bella Nutella is my son's favorite, and Acai U Later is my favorite they are both delicious.
