Horrible service and bad attitute. I went to the store today and bought ice cream for the kids. The young staff seems very tired and bypassed me although I am the second in the queue(First one has been served) and served the next people. I told her I was the next but she simply igored. Not sure how this store can survive but I guess they will simply not last long if have such a bad service ongoingly.
dont order ice cream from rouse hill by door dash, they will cancel their order and door dash keeps their money as credit because they copy and pluck their customer service policy from a flying company. I'm sure her ice cream is good, his only that I never cost it because twice I tried to get home delivery and then this happens.
the load has ceased to operate customers at 940, although the closing time for charging is 10pm. very disappointing I just returned twenty minutes to the load. ice is good, but the customer service is pathetic.
Great customer service. The icecream was less flavoursome than I'd expected, and other ice cream parlours have better flavours, but A for staff, C for product. Im giving a B- overall
