I don't know where to start. we have made a reservation, 3 adults with a small child. When we arrived, 4 reserved tables were empty and we came first, so my man asked if it is possible to sit on one with something, as we are with a small child and it will be too much for him to stay all lunch on the sun. the answer was not to take or leave it quite a lot. to ask why we can't pick up as we arrive at the first, there was only ignorance and they begin to act as if we were not there. Finally we sat the old lady, who was very nice, brought a umbrella and that was it. eating was very slow, the dish with otopus very oily. the young thin-wound waitress who greeted us (if we can call it that) before place, did not bring our orders and avoid us when we signal that we need a waitress. at the end of our gloomy where two cream brules and tiramisu, the creams were not ready, they were as liquid as suppe and they still served them as they were. we left them untouched. when I asked the bill we were charged a beer, we never ordered, and a false drink that was more expensive with 4.2€ than the drink we originally wanted (my order tinto de verano for the first time 2.8€ and he wanted another, so they brought sangria on glass 7 € and we found this with the bill)Horbar service and experience. never back.
We went to take something with intentions of eating and told one of the waiters if we could sit down (when they had only 1 table occupied) and told us that if we were only going to take something not that was all reserved, as soon as we told him that we wanted to eat also told us the opposite, that where we wanted to. What attitude is this? Having only this open restaurant takes advantage of a lot of people and they don't let anything drink if you're not going to eat something, plus the tone and the prepotence is quite uncomfortable, it seems to me very bad education and I think you could say better.
An oasis! have given us food even without having a reserved table. very good service, abundant rations and very rich food! next, on the terrace!
