We ordered 4 buttered bagels and 1 plain bagel. We paid for buttered bagels. You sent us all bagels no buttered. That is a disappointment being we paid for buttered bagels and we order so often. Dont know what happened there.
The best bagel store in all of Long Island. Grew up in Sayville and love Hot Bagels. Best bagels. And the rugekach was delicious too. Thank you. Many blessings always.
Normally its great, but today the rolls were burned, the bacon was burned, and the butter in the bagel melted and coated everything in the bag.
