Friendly, quick service. Large tasty portions. A bit noisy if you sit in the middle of the restaurant and it's busy. But what is clear is. Gluten-free is no problem, they know their stuff and swap out things that don't work. No pancakes in the soup, etc. Everything tasted great. Child-friendly, small area with books, crayons, etc. Children's menu with good menus. Portions generous for the little ones.
It is definitely a wonderful steakhouse. The tomato soup we asked for was wonderful. Afterwards, the meat cooked to the perfect 3 cm thickness and medium rare consistency was very delicious. Even though the price was a little high, I think it was worth it with the service and taste. The only downside was there were a lot of black flies.
Rustic inn that serves generous portions of meat from their own butcher shop. Superb ribeye with flavorful herb butter (Entrecôte mit Kräuterbutter) and tender asparagus when in season (Spargelzeit comes with a boat of Polish sauce or hollandaise). You will need to speak German to order here.
Lunch menu is always very nice, always with soup and salad. Prices from 20 sfr with a drink
