I was here on Friday and was treated very kindly. The client came in after me and asked slightly surprised, but kindly: “Is there no more airflower rolls?” Then the employee behind the vault urged the client not to melt immediately and not to complain. The client wanted to argue that she didn't want to complain, but only wanted to ask, but the employee didn't care. The way the client has been treated and processed here was very unpleasant to me as an outside person. Otherwise, the staff often tends to be bored and demotivated and lets the client wait to play on the phone. I presented 30 rolls for picking up the next day, which was a challenge for the lady (another colleague at the time, who only contradicted her. But after all, for 30 rolls there was a whole 15ct discount (Wow! . The prices are quite high, the quality of the baked goods corresponds to the typical big bakeries without a special character. If it goes, I will avoid this Leifert family in future.
