The best!!! We tasted those of narbonne and that of Lézignan (where we sum) but To the delights of jade in Fabrezan is simply of another level. Face that doesn't pay a mine in a small village. The menu displayed outside being ally, we entered the small dirt of 4 tables. The menu is provided and prices are quite reasonable. And the... the great surprise. The first bite in the fried ravioli gives the tone: the meat is delicious, well cooked and perfectly seasoned. All frying is controlled and really good. I took a perfect lacquered duck too: well cooked fat and tender meat, sauce... Everything was much better than the previous restaurants visited. My companion took the noodles jumped to duck and everything was nikel, a real treat. And finally we took a plate of beef pins. And the most surprises: it was great. We did not have the courage to take desserts because the plates are also well garnished. But if they are like the dishes, we will go back to taste them.
