We always enjoy our lunches here, good value, good menu. Welcoming, this year even catering for the English with menu! As per my previous review, enjoy eating on the balcony, no problem bringing well behaved dog. Post Covid we have seen disappointing menus elsewhere Lambert continues as it has done no fancy prices for pichets of wine! Sensible to rerserve by phoning the shop/retail unit can be complet. Only open in the evenings in high season, and could be closed one day a week lunch times
Excellent basic restaurant over the manufacture and shop of Foie Gras Lembert. Mainly on the terrace looking up to the castle. A decent fixed price menu featured the excellent shop products and home cooked local food. Service was friendly and prompt. Enjoyed our visit.
We visited on a hot evening in July, having pre-booked (it didn’t look very big so might be best to book). Traditionally Perigord food (foie gras, confit de canard) but really well done and with very helpful staff. Recommended
This was highly rated on Tripadvisor but exceeded our expectations. A limited menu but every dish was amazing and the staff were excellent. Also a limited wine choice but very reasonable pricing.
