"Ate here for lunch. The food, ambiance, service was OK but wouldn't seek the restaurant out again. The potato and Munster casserole was ok, a little bland. The tarte flambé nordique was good but nothing special."

Walking past, we liked the look of this restaurant and it was very busy - usually a good sign. We ordered a Salade Vigneronne, extra large, to share. What a mistake! It says it is a green salad (do 3 limp leaves constitute a green salad?), with oeuf (just one half - in an XL? So what's it in the small salade - a quarter?). And Emmental, cornichons and cervelas. The plate was piled high with what seemed like a kilo of cheap finely shredded cheese and, I think, frankfurter. So boring and tasteless. We ate half and left - feeling rather queasy.Other plates we saw going past looked OK, even good. So I just recommend avoiding the Salade Vigneronne.

we went inside since it was large and had tables free. I had a salad that I'd not order again - strips of ham on it and not the tastiest greens underneath, but others ate a flatbread that looked good and a casserole that also looked good. It was reasonably priced, there were clean toilets downstairs, service was fine. I'd not seek it out again, but it filled our tummies.

Never had any Alsace cooking before...Had my first one here and man what an intro to French gourmet... The cuisine is beyond words can't really tell you how beef and chicken fondant taste like :-)))The staff is welcoming and warm just loved those folks... It's not budget and yet reasonable and definitely great value for them euros.Recommended
