"some friends took us here for lunch and we had the plateau degustation: 5 tapas-like dishes, each with a selected wine. The restaurant and gardens were lovely and the food was excellent, as was the service. we would definitely visit again if in the area."

Once again, our MIchelin Red Guide helped us discover a delightful place for lunch in the countryside. The service was gracious and attentive. The prices were very fair for the quality and variety of options. Since we still had many miles to drive that afternoon, we limited ourselves to a glass of wine. I'm sure the choices would have been more satisfying if we availed ourselves of a bottle. The dining room is a bit rustic, but welcoming. Our car's GPS didn't pick up the restaurant's location, but we navigated to the village on one road, and then headed north on another one. A couple of signs off the second road kept us from missing our destination. I'm glad we found the restaurant in daylight. A night time trip would have been quite difficult wirhout better coordinates.

Delighted to find that this very good restaurant continues to improve. This early October day was perfect for enjoying the peaceful outside terrace which continues to surprise with small updates. The menue du jour is amongst the best in this area, offering innovative dishes at excellent prices. Tables are placed so that one feels at home without overhearing conversations at adjoining settings. This chef continues to surprise with unusual but well judged flavour combinations. Love the explanation for the unusual spelling of the restaurant name!

Truly lovely lunch in extremely pleasant surroundings. Service is top class and the food is next level. Well thought out constantly changing menu taking advantage of what's seasonal fresh. Mountain trout, Red Mullet Ris de Veau (sweetbreads) all gracing the menu cooked with flair and innovation. 5Highly recommend.

Really great produce all sourced locally. Very friendly service. The chef was very helpful and knowledgeable. Super choice of Gers wines. The food was lovingly prepared and plentiful, great quality and overall very good value, I would love to return to this restaurant.
