Too bad not to use all the square of the 2nd terrace that is located towards the cascades. adding chairs and tables, people could have eaten outside rather than inside. When we arrived, we were told that all the seats on the outside were reserved. Yet people who had not booked and who came after us could have a table (???). despite everything, the bistro room where we were, was very well and we had lunch;-)
We were enchanted by the trouts with yellow wine and their cream bits, as well as by desserts to the Macvin. The server is charming and available. The place is heavenly, on the edge of the cascade whose constant sound is calm and regenerates. a real moment of rest and pleasure.
very good reception, traditional cuisine, we have eaten well, a little wait but at the same time they are only two at the service! a nice place to stop lunch after visiting this beautiful village of balm the gentlemen!
On a first night stay in France, after a very long journey, this was a much welcome experience to relax and enjoy a great meal over good conversation.
