It’s an experience, not just a fantastic meal. We had so many flagship recipes that it’s impossible to single out a couple, even if the « boule de poulet rôti » had attracted considerable attention 2 days before our venue on French TV show « Top Chef ». The delicate cooking emphasizes local ingredients and tradition. Both the setup and the service are exceptional. I recommend staying in one of the « huts » in the adjacent park, decorated in wood and natural material, « feng shui » designed, with large windows with full view on the sunrise. We’re fond of Bras in Laguiole and we believe La Grenouillère is an experience with many similarities, including the familial tradition of Chef Gauthier, born in the village whose father was a reputable Chef. We’ll be back!
