I'll join the previous notices. Excellent reception. Very well managed while there were a little more people than usual. Culinary experience at the top. I didn't even have time to take a photo of the dishes, so they made them want to eat them. Entrance Velouté, a pleasure (texture, taste, presentation) Followed by the merlu net (not cook enough) and its delicious sauce. And finally the incredible cast, just what it takes...
Very good reception and very good kitchen. I recommend the bar net and its small autumn vegetables to apple juice, a real pleasure
