Dinner in this well-known restaurant last week. understood on arrival that the place was under a "new direction" ... then let's see what they have to offer. What an incredible experience. It's a team that's aiming for gastronomic summits, and they're on the way. I understand that the new direction / property also means a new leader. all restaurants with the michelin star would not work as hard as this new group to impress its customers --- this place went beyond. reception and reception were as planned - it is an ostentatious setting, but the reception was warm. crab ball, lobster, fish, pigeon, an incredible amount of dessert. all were presented wonderfully, all delicious. the staff had the appropriate level of attention throughout and, as always, meeting the chef out of the restaurant gives a fantastic personal touch.
I had the privilege of visiting this place after a few years and now it's even better! sara must be one of the most beautiful mistresses of madison that you can find and sançois as a fantastic leader. the rest of the team is also fantastic. and food is really falling! I'm invited to come back every time. Thank you!!!
My wife and I went to the karlsruhe crocodile for a special lunch together. The four-course menu was absolutely fantastic. the different tastes were incredible and the amount of food absolutely perfect. not a place for someone with a limited budget but that is worth every cent of what it bills.
an absolutely delicious and varied lunch. very original and delicate touch of the new Allied leader to the subtle approach of his partner in the room. We strongly recommend the establishment and wish them good luck in their race to the next star.
