I had the opportunity to test Cook And Thi's take-away menus before, and it decided to take part in a cooking and well being workshop (1 hour yoga and 1 hour cooking classes). The workshop takes place in a small group, making the atmosphere much more warm. We start the well relaxed cooking class after the Yoga session. The explanations are very detailed, and variants are proposed according to the preferences or constraints of each participant, which also allows other participants to learn different ways to prepare the dish. For example, chicken skewers can also become tofu skewers, it is possible to smoke, etc. Everything is explained, and a summary sheet is provided at the end. Personally, I learned a lot at this workshop, and I have already planned to re-enroll.
