Even after the waiter knows about my friend's mother allergy and lists the specific nuts she was allergic, this information was still disregarded and she ended with a reaction. She had to force herself to throw into the toilet room. After informing the waiting staff, the initial waiter apologized and was replaced by a new one. However, this new waiter found it necessary to say that my friend should let the restaurant know that she had a nut allergy (she did). Why he thought it was appropriate to teach my friend, not even, but three times as she had a reaction, is beyond me. The article (vegetable biryani) had no indication on the menu that it had nuts on it, in the description or otherwise, while other articles did. It is the task of the restaurant to make sure that their moats can eat safely, especially if they are informed about allergies. While they didn't charge my friend for the meal that caused her reaction, she had to pay for the rest. Not at any point, the manager or owner has approached her to apologize or something. In the meantime, hours later, my friend is still recovering. What a joke!
