Arby's - Table reservation

I go to this Arby's a lot and normally it's really good but I was there on Monday and my food was cold and I called and spoke to a lady. She told me she could only replace my fries but my sandwiches were cold and fries but you can only replace my fries??? Then she told me I had to request piping hot food at the speaker. I don't understand why I have to tell a restaurant I want my food hot. Also who ever took my order got my order wrong and seemed very confused at the speaker. Please follow up with your people. This is the worst experience I ever had at this Arby's. I'm disappointed

eating was good and fast. (why is your Mac cheese so daring?! one of the only almost foods places in the opposite, which is not always out of the ding or so underoccupied that it takes a million years. thanks for setting a standard, arby’s! parking: regular parking.

The roast beef sandwhiches fresh and hot. Friendly team members taking my order and handed it to me at the drive thru. Also the member I paid at the first window very polite.
