Arby's - Table reservation

Weekday staff is superb. Weekend staff not so much and they can be rude. I asked to sub Mayo for tartar on a fish sandwich (which I've done dozens of times during the week). The weekday crew is professional and does it. The young weekend kids say they don't have mayo and can't do it and then get extremely rude when I explain to them they do have mayo. They just say thar Mayo isnt an optoon at Arby's snd then berate me. I just go to Wendy's up the street if the weekday daytime crew isn't there on the weekends. I don't need to be yelled at for asking for Mayo. Kudos though to all the weekday daytime staff ya'll understand customer service.

the counter worker was very nice, but they gave me the wrong shake. I did not return because of the distance and the shake they gave me (vanille) tasted good. I was more disappointed than unhappy. other than that, the Tinley location makes a good job. the person who took my order was excellent.

large fresh sandwiches with freshly cut tomato and salate. the turkey was my choice and it was delicious. this arby’s is not as busy as it was earlier due to cost increases due to unfavorable minimum wage increases. no business survives with double cost of the staff over a period of two years.

clean restaurant with all expected menu items. service was friendly, efficient and my order was correct. my giant beef sandwich 1⁄2 pfund) was moist and tasty. has not checked the toilet room, but from the condition of the remaining place it is probably also perfectly clean.

I haven't been with arby for years. but I still heard about the turkey sandwich. I tried and loved it.
